She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Mahaffey and Diana Mahaffey; her grandparents, L. Burdette and Dorothy Jane Jones Miller; and her stepgrandfather Perry E. Miller.
She is survived by: her sister Cindy; her brother-in-law David Gotschall of South Charleston, Ohio; her niece Hannah T. M. Gotschall of Westerville, Ohio; and her aunts and uncles, Judy, Jim Anspaugh of Goodyear, Arizona, Carol and Steve Miller of Centennial. She is also survived by numerous family members and friends.
