She is survived by: her children, Christopher D. Young, Joan (Bedard) of Chicago, IL, Carter J. Young, Carrie (Abolins) of Westerville, OH, Karen R., Randall Hay of Bellevue, OH, Scott A. Young, Traci (Keenan) of Lakeland, FL, Amy R., Timothy Strauss of Macedonia, OH and Linda J. Young of Westerville, OH.; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Young, Audrey Young (Chetan Raut), Abigail Young (Alex Fortin), Matthew Young (Lauren Wetula), Nicholas Young, Daniel Hay (Monica Oldham), Shana Hay (Scott Baldosser), Keenan Young, Cydney Young (Zach Metz), Logan Strauss (Meghan Adams), Lauren Strauss (Justin Schweier), Magdalene Gray (Ezekiel Johnson) and Hayden Gray (Abbey McNair); her great grandchildren, Emma, Elijah Hay, Quinn, Case, Leah Baldosser, Oliver, Lennon Young, Danielle, Norah Johnson, Anya Raut, Carter Metz, Elliot Gray, Metz and Raut; her sister Karen Ottenweller (Bob) of Hoagland, IN; and also Hazel Young (Dager). She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Penwell Funeral Home (168 W Main St, Shelby, OH 44875). A rosary will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Most Pure Heart of Mary Catholic Church (29 West St, Shelby, OH 44875).
