She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Shields and Evelyn Shields; her children, David Alan, Bryan Bagley, Denise Bagley, Eric Bagley (Jole) and Matt Bagley (Lisa); her daughter-in-law Robin Bagley; her grandchildren, J. D., Nick, Tyler, Erin, Logan, Marissa and Brady Bagley; and her brothers, Tom Shields (Debbie), Russ Shields (Linda), Randy Shields (Teri) and Brad Shields (Becky). She was also cherished by four great-grandchildren, and many beloved nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The American Cancer Society to honor Ruthies children, Bryan and Denise, or to the charity of your choice.
