He was predeceased by: his parents, Primo and Josephine of Italy. He is survived by: his wife Pamela S. Smith Tiburzio; his son Rudolph J. Tiburzio, Jr. Brenda (Stephanie); his caregiver Trina Tiburzio; his grandchildren, Cassie Pizzurro, Elizabeth Helbig and Pete Goimarac, III (Allison); and his great grandchildren, Addalynn, Ayla, Hudson and Ansley.

In lieu of flowers please make charitable contributions to St. Judes Childrens Hospital.
