It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruby Jo Messer of Westerville, Ohio, who passed away on November 26, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her children, Elmer Messer, Jr. (Kathy), Carol Konkoskia (Rick), Sherry Bragg (Robert) and Jan Dennis (Brian); her grandchildren, Angie Hager, Amy Williams, Rickey Konkoskia, Renee Watkins, Shelly Wilson-Saulsbury, Cole Bragg, Danielle Evanshine, Brian Dennis, Katie Harris, Jayson McMullin and Sarah Harmon; her siblings, Johnny Smith, Joe Smith, Jr. (Shirley), Randy Smith (Teresa), Wanda Brewer, Phillis Sims, Diane Thompson (Dennis) and Anna Thompson; her husband Elmer; and her son Eric. She is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandson.
