She was predeceased by: her parents, George Phillips and Lillie Phillips (Sykes). She is survived by: her husband Marvin Mullins; her siblings, Ralph Phillips, Earl Phillips, Cody Bill Phillips, Euther Phillips, W. C. Phillips, Glenna Blackwell and Doris Ann Rubenstein Lundquist; her great great grandchild Sebastian Tarbox Keibler; her sisters, Ruby Arlene Carozza and Rayna Mae Davis Phillips; her grandchildren, Amy Tarbox, Will Mullins, Stacey Mullins, Derek Damron, Nicholas Damron, Cynthia Grether, Veronica Simon and Gabriella Grether; her great grandchildren, Lily Tarbox, Luke Mullins, Gaberiel Damron, Bentley Damron, Oliver Damron, Imogen Damron and Amenadiel Gillespie; and her great great grandchild Violet Tarbox Keibler.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Moreland Funeral Home (55 E Schrock Rd, Westerville, OH 43081). A celebration of life was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Genoa Baptist Church (7572 Lewis Center Rd, Westerville, OH 43082).
