He is survived by: his wife Kathy Wadsworth; his children, Kristy Earl (Matthew) and Kevin Wadsworth (Tammy); his stepson Douglas Klinger; his grandchildren, Amy Wadsworth, Hosanna Earl, Jubilee Earl, Desiree Kiser (DJ), Kaitlyn Pence, Tyler Pence, Luke Pence, Austin Klinger and Alyssa Klinger; his great grandchildren, Rebecca, Rachel and Ruth Kiser; and his sister-in-law Rosemary Armstrong (Mike).
