She is survived by: her husband Jerry J. D. Melvin Sr.; her sons, Jerry Melvin Jr. (Debbie) and Kelly Melvin (Tina); and her grandchildren, Keltin (Hunter), Luke, Adrianah, Isaac and London Melvin. She is also survived by many loving family members, and friends.
