He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Louise Mouk (McGraw); his parents, Robert McFarland Mouk and Mary Eleanor Watts; and his brother Richard Mouk. He is survived by: his children, Robert Mouk (Vickie) of Plain City, OH and Laura Smith of Hilliard, OH; his grandsons, Jordan Smith, Jared Smith and Robert Mouk Jr.; his sisters-in-law, Carolyn Ann DeSchuytner (Edward) of New Hampshire, Jean Marie McGraw (Charles Lindsey) of Port Clinton, OH and Barbara Mouk of New York; his nephews, Brian (Maria) and Matthew DeSchuytner (Summer); his niece Julia Mouk; and his cousins, Jane Hanson (Brad) and Marjory Hopper (John).
