He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Howell and Marjorie Howell. He is survived by: his brothers, Michael Howell, Paul Howell and Dale Howell; his wife Mattie; his siblings, Loretta Long (Eddie) of Columbus, Linda Howell of Jackson, Ohio and Gregory Howell (Kara) of San Diego, California; his sister-in-law Shirley Lindsay (Cardell) of Sharon, S. C; his friends, James Rice, John Mascari and Wilmatyne Gibbs; and also, Frank, Judy Schneider, Rick and Debbie MacDonald.
