He was predeceased by: his wife Betty (Faulkner); his parents, Kathleen Wharton (Art) and Paul Miller (Maude); and his parents-in-law, Delmar and Thelma Faulkner.
He is survived by: his daughter Paula Shingledecker (Rick); his granddaughter Kathleen Nickels (Carl); his sister-in-law Carrol Henestofel; and his close friend Pat Parker. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews, life long friends.
