He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Hughes; and his daughter Kaitlyn Taylor Cattey. He is survived by: his parents, David Cattey and Sharon Cattey; his son David Michael (Tori) of Toledo; his grandchildren, Owen Cattey-Hayes, Taelyn Rose Cattey, Remy Anne Cattey and Jaedyn Kelley; his siblings, Matthew Cattey of Columbus and Bridget Haghnazari (Cirous) of Westerville; his niece Megan Lehman (Michael); and his nephews, Abram, Dastan and Kian Haghnazari. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Patricia Cattey Memorial Fund at the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium, the Franklin County Humane Society, or The Alzheimers Association of Central Ohio.
