It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Opal Johnson of Westerville, Ohio, born in Camp Dix, Kentucky, who passed away on November 13, 2020, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Stafford and Viola Vergne Stafford; her daughter Mary Victoria of Richard, III; her husband Richard H. Johnson Jr.; and her daughter-in-law Natalia Stone Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Kathryn, Paul, Georgia, Richard IV and Alexander; her grandchildren, Richard IV, Alexander Johnson, Rachael, Ashley Hightower, Erica Brislin (Sean), Amy Cooper (Jason), Emily Johnson, Jessica Mahaffey, Monica Stewart (Matthew) and Megan Finley (Eric); her great grandchildren, James, Georgia Grace, Madeline, Brooklyn, Aiden, Claire and Conor; and her siblings, Louise Rose of Arrowsmith Illinois, Woodrow, William, Ralph Stafford, Lena Fannin, Evelyn Dummitt and Bertha Dummitt Applegate.
