He was predeceased by: his mother Judy; his wife Jennifer Carpenter; his grandparents, Gerald, Virginia Branson, Bill and Lillian Bower; his uncle Ricky Bower; and his friend Danny Bonham.
He is survived by: his father Robert; his sons, Mitchell, Marshall and Macklin; his sister Sheri Duncan (Tony); his niece Megan Chenoweth (Derek); his great-nephew Elliott; his nephew Nick Rothwell; his uncles, Ronnie Bower and Billy Bower (Mary); his cousins, Jodelle, Jimmy, Jamie, Chris and Shawn Bower; and his friends, Chris Miller, Tony and Chris Brown.
The family suggest that donations be made to the National Kidney Foundation.
