He was predeceased by: his parents, Culver Drake and Bessie Sands Drake; his wife Vera Drake; and his siblings, Mary Lee Short, Martha Hutchins, Lara Mae Drake, Charles, Dean and Donard Drake.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kathy Thompson (John) of Sunbury and Nancy Drake of Zanesville; his grandchildren, Kristen Blythe (Jason) of Sunbury and Stefanie Hayes (Jeremy) of Galena; and his great grandchildren, Farley, Kaytlin, J. T., Cole Blythe, Maxton and Emmett Hayes.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimers Association, 225 N. Michigan Ave., Chicago, IL.
