She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Bentley of Cincinnati, Susan Staebler (Tom) of Westerville, Barbara Ely of Chagrin Falls and Carl T. Ely (Karen). She is also survived by Mentor; 4 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
