She was predeceased by: her parents, Pauline Cook and Clayton Cook. She is survived by: her children, Cathy Condo Webb (Jim) and Joseph Clayton Condo (Jennifer); her husband Joseph Condo; her brother Richard Cook (Judy); her in-laws, Mary Ann Tackett, Anthony Condo, John Condo (Pam) and Rita MacLean (Malcolm); and her grandchildren, Morgan Condo, Clayton Condo, Joshua Webb, Gabrielle Condo and Robert Condo.
In lieu of flowers, the family would be grateful for donations to the Alzheimer's Association.
