She was predeceased by: her parents, Darrell Koch and Wilma Koch (Leidy). She is survived by: her husband Dorr R. Phelps; her children, Michelle N. Highnote (Dustin), Tim G. Phelps and Danielle C. Kisamore (Phillip); her siblings, Sharney Koch (Molly) and Tina Shop (Merrille); and her nieces, Lauren Hull (Tim) and Kayla Shop. She is also survived by other extended family and friends.
