She was predeceased by: her parents, Awalt "Art" Kelm and Irene Kelm; and her brother Awalt Kelm, Jr.. She is survived by: her friend Kay Gentry of Westerville; and her siblings, Esther Parker (Jack) of Elyria and Bob Kelm (Mary Ann) of Vermilion. She is also survived by many special friends and family.
