He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Okey and Gertrude Okey (Lapinski); his wife Patty; and his brother Fred. He is survived by: his children, Michelle Merrick (David) and Larry "Joe" Okey (Mardi Forth); his grandchildren, Angel Merrick and Chase Okey; his brother Randy Okey (Monica); and his siblings-in-law, Cathy Bradley and Mike Duffy (Sandy). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
