He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Kenneth and Betty Jane Betts. He is survived by: his wife Pam Betts; his daughter Heidi; his son-in-law Scott Spiers (Allison); his sister Carole (Roger Pearson); and his aunt Luella Weber. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
