She was predeceased by: her siblings, Talmage Mobley, Dearl Mobley, John Mobley, Ralph Mobley, Carl Mobley, Druise Scott, Mable Clellen and Glenna Phillips; and her siblings-in-law, Ruth Huntsman Mobley, Ruth Bledsoe Mobley, Ruby Mobley, La Verne Mobley, Della Mobley, Ken Scott, Jerry Clellen, Delmar Phillips and Robert "Doc" Webb.
She is survived by: her husband Donald Shartzer; her son Don Shartzer; her siblings, Charles Mobley and Linda Webb; and her sisters-in-law, Patsy Hoy, Jackie Gabel, Donna Mobley and Lisa Ramey. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great and great great-nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations in her memory can be made to Shriners Hospitals.
