He is survived by: his spouse Mary Cay Carlson; his children, Kay Landis, Gwen Blair (Rex) and Philip Wells (Chris); his grandchildren, Jennifer Garrett (Curt), Ben Landis (Lainie), Kathryn Compton (Josh), Bryan Smith (Terah), Drew Smith (Lindsay) and Robert Blair; and his great grandchildren, Katlynn Bell Chanthachak, Alexander, Charlotte Landis, Cal, Max Garrett, Owen and Ajay Smith.
