He is survived by: his children, Kim (Ralph Jelic), John (Tonya) and Kelli (Chris Estep); his grandsons, Jacob, Christian and Nathaniel; his stepgrandsons, Chazz, Tyler and Justice; and his sisters, Pearl Mae Eierman and Sharon Hayhurst. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
