He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Eugene, Lida Bowers (Carmack), Aziz and Haza Girgis. He is survived by: his parents, Dr. Carey and Sally Girgis (Bowers); his siblings, Suzanne, Sarah, James, Nicole and David; his niece Tara Grace; and his nephew Mason. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Grace Polaris Children's Ministry.
