He is survived by: his wife Ramona Douglas; his children, Jeff Douglas (John Berlin), Dixie Lundquist (Jon) and Melanie App (Greg); his sister Marna Heron; his grandchildren, Morgan Shawver (Max), Mason Lundquist, Lindsey Bagby (Pat) and Jameson App (Ashley); his great grandchildren, Oakland, Collins Shawver, Maddie, Susie and Nick Bagby; his granddaughter Mackenzie Lundquist; and his siblings, Bill, Wayne, Jerry, David Douglas and Donna Conn.
