He was predeceased by: his parents, Adiel Douglas and Dora Douglas (Garland). He is survived by: his wife Ramona Douglas; his children, Jeff Douglas (John Berlin), Dixie Lundquist (Jon) and Melanie App (Greg); his sister Marna Heron; his grandchildren, Morgan Shawver (Max), Mason Lundquist, Lindsey Bagby (Pat) and Jameson App (Ashley); his great grandchildren, Oakland, Collins Shawver, Maddie, Susie and Nick Bagby; his granddaughter Mackenzie Lundquist; and his siblings, Bill, Wayne, Jerry, David Douglas and Donna Conn.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Genoa Baptist Church (7562 Lewis Center Rd, Westerville, OH 43082). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Sunbury Memorial Park (98 W Cherry St, Sunbury, OH 43074).
