He was predeceased by: his wife Joan Marie; and his brother George J. Brauner. He is survived by: his children, Christopher E. Brauner (Susan), Judith M. Ross (Wolfgang Kurapkat), James R. Brauner and William J. Brauner; his grandchildren, Adam, Stephanie Keller, Cassidy and Elizabeth Brauner; his sister Mary Baumann (Charles); his nieces, Lisa Musielewicz and Julie Creech; and his nephew John Baumann.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Mt. Carmel Hospice.
