He was predeceased by: his grandmother Ruby Ashton Medaugh; and his cousin Zacharia C. Medaugh. He is survived by: his parents, Christopher J Carlisle and Rebekah Medaugh Carlisle; his sister Kaitlin Rose Carlisle; and his grandparents, Joseph R., Helen Haines Carlisle Sr. and Rev. John G. Medaugh. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins; and many special friends.
