Forkin Jr. of Westerville, Ohio, born in Warren, Ohio, who passed away on April 19, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sr. Forkin and Mary Forkin; and his sister Jean Louise Forkin (Molly). He is survived by: his wife Joan Forkin; his daughters, Bridgette Riddle (Steve), Kelly Lavelle (Roger) and Shawna Williams (Dave); his grandchildren, Shaun Calaway (Nick), Sydney, Sammi, Patrick, Lindsey, Nicolas, Maggie and Joanie; his brothers, Tom Forkin (Donna) and Bill Forkin (Sue); and his sister-in-law Patte Burgoon. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
