He was predeceased by: his parent Virginia Martin (Huey). He is survived by: his parent Forrest L. Martin of Galena; his daughter Amy (Lowell Maxwell) of Delaware; and his siblings, Jerry Martin (Linda) of Galena, Trudi Buchman (Lynn) of Winnabow and Steve Martin (Karen) of Gahanna. He is also survived by seven nieces and nephews.
