It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jane Horn (Westerville, Ohio), born in Dayton, Ohio, who passed away on August 20, 2018, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Albert V. Horn. She is survived by: her sons, Thomas Edward (Karen), John Mitchell (Melissa) and William Whitman (Barbara); and her grandchildren, Matthew, Meagan, Taylor, Parker, Alec (Sydney), Paige, Sarah and Elizabeth.
