He was predeceased by: his parents, Captain John A. Kulp and Kathleen Kulp Bringardner; and his stepfather Donald Bringardner. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Mary Kulp; his daughters, Christina Timberlake (Mark), Kimberly Kulp and Laura Segna (Jesse); his grandchildren, Nycole Kulp, James Kulp, Lyndsay Dadosky, Joey Aeh, Nathan Aeh, Aidan Segna, Eli Segna and Ethan Segna; and his siblings, John Kulp (Cindy), Donald Bringardner (Becky), Molly Arnold (Terry) and Jeff Bringardner (Jane). He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
