He was predeceased by: his father John Pirkey Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Evangeline "Van" Pirkey; his wife Amy Pirkey; his brother John Pirkey (Dena); his nieces and nephews, Elizabeth and Yanni; and his stepson Adam Henson. He is also survived by extended family and numerous friends.
