He is survived by: his daughter Meridith Ntukidem; his wife Amy Bierly; his sons, Kevin Bierly and Alex Whitsel; his son-in-law Dr. Nse Ntukidem; and his grandchildren, Lincoln, Sloan Whitsel, Ini, Edion, Idara and Emmaido Ntukidem. He is also survived by friends, relatives.
