He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter R. Maxwell and Alice Catherine Maxwell; his stepsister Ruth Ann Konemann; his brother-in-law Jim Lenihan; and his grandchild Cain.
He is survived by: his children, Greg Maxwell (Grace), Birdie C. Schneider, Brian Maxwell (Leanna), Michael J. Maxwell, Julie Cain and Scott Maxwell (Missy); and his sisters-in-law, Carolyn Lenihan and Margie Vance (Lowell).
