He was predeceased by: his wife Nora Sue Bornhoeft; and his daughter Mary Bornhoeft. He is survived by: his children, Shirley Pollard and Bill Bornhoeft; his grandson Anthony Pollard (Brittany); and his children, Brooklyn, Anthony, Skylar, Phillip Pollard, Talan, Lola, London and Andrew Forrest (Molly). He is also survived by many other relatives and close friends.
