She was predeceased by: her parents, Bessie Alice Green and Carl Moore; her husband Keith A. Lewis; and her siblings, Betty Fraley, Joann Schisler, Patricia Snook, Mary Lee Adkins, Michael Moore, William "Glen" Moore, Jack Moore and Milton Moore.
She is survived by: her siblings, Wellma Pherson, Otis Moore and Ronald Moore; her daughters, Connie Swords (Paul "Glen") of Westerville and Becky Keller (Bob) of Westerville; her granddaughter Andria Glasstetter (Tom) of Westerville; and her great grandchild Camryn Glasstetter. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
