He was predeceased by: his wife Marion Louise Mobley; his parents, Arnie Mobley and Thelma Mobley; and his siblings, Effie, Carol Jean, David, Joe and Raymond Mobley.
He is survived by: his children, Steven Mobley (Karen), Joseph Mobley (Tammy), Teresa J. Mahoney and Cindy Montgomery. He is also survived by 40 Grandchildren and great-Grandchildren.
