He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Webb and Celia Webb; and his son Herbert Steven Webb. He is survived by: his wife Victoria Webb; his daughter Christine Conkle (Mark) of Upper Arlington; his stepson Daniel Betz, Jr. (Tabi) of Pickerington; his grandchildren, Lauren, Erin and Adam Karap; his stepgrandchildren, Daniel III, Elijah, Jordan and Noah Betz; and his siblings, Virgie Moser (Roland), Stephen Webb, Mary Webb and James Webb (Debbie).
