He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl J. Waite and Gertrude Waite (Reger); his children, Mark J. Waite and Marlene K. "Micki" Waite; and his siblings, Max Waite and Maxine Waite.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn A. Townsend; his children, Kathy Godwin (Tom), Bradley Waite (Beth) and Lisa Waite; his grandchildren, Gethin Godwin, III (Amber), Brian Waite, Justin Godwin (Desiree), Jason Waite (Nicole) and Michele Miller (Jason); and his great grandchildren, Kyla Godwin, Cade Godwin, Kendall Godwin, Callie Godwin, Claire Waite, Charlotte Waite, Matthew Waite, Mavery Miller and Hazel Miller. He is also survived by friends.
