She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Carter and Lulu Carter; her husband John Perfect; her daughter Sheila K. Cooper; and her sisters, Carlene Hessler and Patricia Brown.
She is survived by: her son Kevin Perfect (Tara) of Blacklick; her granddaughters, Meghan Frankowski (James) of Lakeland, FL and Kaitlin Duncan (Derek); her great grandchild Mara Jane of Obetz; her grandson Cody Cooper (Ashleigh) of Flat Rock, MI.; her son-in-law Carl Cooper of Sunbury; and her sister Edna Burkhart of Phoenix, AZ. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
