She was predeceased by: her parents, George Ruff of Washington and Florence Ruff (Ringhiser); her husband Robert Albert Pavlik Sr.; her son Robert Albert Pavlik Jr.; her siblings, James, Orville, Harry, Porter Ruff, Joan Huston, Vera Johnson, Dessie Nixon and Sylvia Stuart; and her daughter-in-law Phyllis Pavlik.
She is survived by: her children, Harlen G. Pavlik (Lori) of Bothell, Washington and Cynthia Ann Seeds (Craig) of Columbus, Ohio. She is also survived by five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
