He is survived by: his sister Barbara Feeney of Oregon; his wife Diana Kukor (Dunn); his children, Richard (Kathy), Barbara, Kelsey, David Kukor (Amy) of Hilliard, Rilynn, Dawson, Kate Stine (Tom), Linda (Brian Ranft), Tyler, Natalie, Stephanie, Becky (Paul Schlimm), Katie, Emily, Paul Michael, Carol (Kenny Otto) of Pataskala, Karlee and Lauryn; his stepchildren, Geoff Hetrick of Westerville and Jenni Hetrick; his stepgranddaughter Lily; and his sister Theresa Walker. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
