He was predeceased by: his parents, Art Simpson and Cheryl Simpson; and his brother Larry. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Simpson; his son Bret; his stepdaughter Wendy Saxe (Ron); and his grandchildren, Ben Saxe and Elizabeth Eisnnicher (Alec).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the Columbus VA or Ohio Health Hospice.
