It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Fredrick Melnik (Westerville, Ohio), who passed away on June 26, 2018, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Melnik and Jane Melnik (Sikora). He is survived by: his wife Joyce (Cvengros); his brothers, Bill Melnik and John Melnik; his son Christopher Melnik (Liz); and his grandchildren, Braden Moss, Ella Moss and Samantha Melnik. He is also survived by husband, father and grandfather.
