He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lawrence Sowers and Ruth Sowers (Strider); his sisters, Mary and Connie Kotula (Bob); his nieces, Sarah Luthy (Jason), Angie Sowers and Bethany Karl (Bobby); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Samantha Chitwood, Mara Luthy, Gemma Karl, Theodore Luthy and Felix Karl; and his aunts, Evelyn Johnson, Doris Strider, Flora Toots Davis (Jim) and Nancy Strider. He was also cherished by many cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers Frank requests donations be made to the Make-A-Wish Foundation (wish.org) and also call a friend or someone you love and take them out to lunch and share your story.
