He is survived by: his spouse Doris; his daughter Vicky Witherspoon (Alan); and his grandchildren, Amanda Joiner (Aaron), Nick Neville and Ashley Shafer (John). He is also survived by great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Frank's name to Karl Rd Baptist Church or to Bella Care Hospice of Columbus.
