She is survived by: her parents, John Henry Lemuel Peel and Esther Matson; her spouses, Samuel Garnell Blackham and Merrill Dan Randall; her children, Nancy Butler of Orem, UT, Scott Blackham (Kathryn) of Orem, UT, Esther Russell (Donald) of Taylorsville, UT, Dana Whitlock (Willis) of Apple Valley, CA, Scott Randall (Kimberly) of Fredericksburg, VA and Michael Randall (Jill) of Marysville, WA; and also Pleasant. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren; 41 great grandchildren.
