She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth L. Burwell and Amy I. Burwell. She is survived by: her husband Terry L. Bebart; her children, Melissa Filippone (George) and Adam Bebart; her granddaughters, Emily Filippone and Tabatha Bebart; and her siblings, Linda Seligman (Charles McMahon), LaVerne Spinks (Zack), Kenneth Burwell Jr., Carleen Mueller (Thomas), Donald Burwell (Jamie) and William Burwell (Vicky). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Columbus Humane Society in memory of Eloise.
