He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace E. and Dorothy. He is survived by: his wife Janice Conard (Mack); his children, Hilary (Ryan Josselyn) of Columbus, OH, Gabrielle of Westerville, OH and Evan (Brooklyn) of Fairfax; his brother William T. Conard, II (Anahi Ortiz) of New Albany, OH; and his sister-in-law LeAnn Unverzagt of Westerville, OH. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
